During the previous church year (July '21 to June '22), we had a Moving Forward Team that collected members' "hopes and visions" for the church community. The team (of which I was NOT a part) identified eight themes; two of them were "buildings and grounds" and "financial stability." But I don't think we identified a way to make those "visions" real.
