"Terrible Tuesday" morning

Yet another nickname to remember: the day after Labor Day is supposed to be "Terrible Tuesday," the day that everybody hits the road during rush hour again after a couple of months of summer vacation.

It didn't seem too bad to me this morning, except that upon entering the Metro garage I got stuck behind some guy who (a) didn't get the concept that you don't have to take a ticket upon entering the garage, and (b) immediately started looking for the nearest parking space instead of just going past all the cars that have been parked on the lower levels since 5:30 a.m. Grr.

And then I got so wrapped up in my Sudoku that I actually missed getting off at Gallery Place to change to the Red Line. Grrr.

LJ was acting wonky earlier this morning ... wonder if it's better now? We shall see....
